Privacy Policy
Effective date: 24 September 2026. This policy describes how EPE Greenery Ltd collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1. Who we are
EPE Greenery Ltd is a New Zealand-registered company providing AgriTech solutions to farm owners and landowners across Aotearoa. Our registered address is in New Zealand. You can contact us at info@epegy.co.nz.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and enquiry. Standard server logs record IP addresses and page requests for security and performance. Unless you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects information about site visits, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location and online identifiers. We do not send your contact-form answers to Google Analytics.
3. How we use your information
We use the personal information you provide to: respond to your enquiry; arrange and conduct consultations; provide the services you have requested; communicate with you about your project or our services; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Storage and security
Your personal information is stored securely and accessible only to EPE Greenery Ltd staff who need it to deliver our services. Contact form enquiries are transmitted to our business inbox using Resend, a transactional email provider. We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure. Email communications are transmitted over standard internet infrastructure and may not be fully secure in transit - if you have concerns about sensitive information, please contact us by phone.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to deliver the services you have requested and to meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your personal information and we have no ongoing legal obligation to retain it, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if that information is inaccurate or misleading. You also have the right to ask us to stop using your information in certain ways. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@epegy.co.nz. We will respond within 20 working days as required by the Act.
7. Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Resend to deliver contact form enquiries to our inbox. Analytics cookies are on by default. We use Google Analytics to count page visits and enquiries accepted by our contact form. Google may process usage information and set analytics cookies unless you reject them. We do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels. You can reject analytics cookies or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. External websites have their own privacy practices.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date. If we materially change our analytics use, we will ask you to choose again.
